Many companies would start describing the pattern and design phases as the first step in the process. Not us. We recommend the first step in the process is to find a team you feel comfortable working with. What industry is their specialty? Have they shown you examples of previous work that they’ve done? Do you feel this is a company that you can build a relationship with? You need to make sure that you’re dealing with a company that can take your requirements from start to finish and knowing that company has the integrity, responsiveness, quality, pricing and delivery for that long term relationship. The research before the process begins can be more valuable than the process itself.
