Bremer utilizes Redford warmbox core machines, with capabilities up to 18” in both solid body and shell core. These chemically bonded cores can withstand the rigors of the molding process, provide smooth inner passageways as well as supporting cores. Our no-bake Airset line also has the ability to make cores. Where core assemblies are required, Bremer utilizes core assembly fixturing and glue to combine multiple cores together. Bremer also works with local third party core making companies in the case that transfer tooling is not compatible with Bremer equipment.
