APQP
Bremer adheres to the APQP process for the planning and development of new parts as per Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) guidelines. As part of APQP, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation Bremer’s Engineering, Quality and Production personnel work closely to ensure a smooth transition from pattern build, through sampling and approval, into full production. Some key components of Bremer’s APQP process include generating Control Plans and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for new products. Constant monitoring of samples from start to finish helps ensure we provide the right part to the customer.
Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Bremer provides PPAP documentation to customers on new product and changes to products / processes. Actual documents provided are as per the customers requirements and typically include the following:

- Material Test / Performance Results
- Appearance Approval Report
- Part Submission Warrant
- Other documents as requested
