Production Part Approval Process

Bremer Manufacturing follows the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) guidelines for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), utilizing the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for launching new product. Bremer’s Engineering, Quality and Production personnel work closely to ensure a smooth transition from pattern build, through sampling and approval, into full production. Some key components of Bremer’s APQP process include generating Control Plans and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for new products.
